Conformity Assurance Bodies (CABs)

Participating Manufacturers may register their products in any device category covered by EPEAT with assistance from a Conformity Assurance Body (CAB). These experienced testing and certification organizations span the globe and are qualified to help manufacturers navigate the EPEAT system. CABs are also responsible for ensuring the ongoing accuracy of all information submitted during registration and verification. Manufacturers may choose to work with any of the CABs listed below and may engage with multiple CABs if desired.

CESI Certification Body was established by China Electronic Standardization Institute(CESI) which was founded in July 1963 and is a non-profit making institution engaged in standard development, conformity assessment and measurement activities in the field of Electronics and information technologies. CESI Certification body provides professional services regarding green and sustainability aspects of the electronic products , including eco-design, RoHS, Energy Efficiency, Carbon Reduction , ISO 9000, ISO 14000,etc., helping the purchasers, manufactures, resellers and others to find environmental and sustainable products.
