Program

Eligibility
The EPEAT Partner
reseller program is open to any reseller who sells products that are EPEAT
registered by their manufacturer. (For a full list of participating
manufacturers see

Commitments
-
Pay annual
EPEAT Reseller Partner membership fee
-
Identify EPEAT
registered products in your online catalogs and web commerce portals
-
Keep the identification
of EPEAT registered products up-to-date , either through internal systems or
through an EPEAT-approved datafeed provider (Because the EPEAT registry is a
dynamic system that changes frequently, maintaining up-to-date information is
the central obligation of an EPEAT Reseller Partner – see the
EPEAT Reseller Partner Agreement for details)

Place the EPEAT Reseller Partner “bug” on your
website
-
Appoint an EPEAT Reseller Partner Program liaison to
receive any communications about the program
-
Invite key sales and marketing staff to attend your Introduction
to EPEAT webinar to ensure clear messaging around the program
-
Offer customers an EPEAT purchase reporting service
that provides them with purchase numbers by EPEAT product type and tier upon
their request
-
Allow EPEAT to conduct occasional Quality Assurance
reviews to ensure that products are being correctly identified
-
Allow EPEAT to list your company as a participant in
the EPEAT Reseller Partner Program on the www.epeat.net
website and (with prior notification) in other program materials or in
occasional publicity releases.
1. NOTE: If your company
brands or relabels product for sale under your own or another name and you wish
to register those products in EPEAT you must enroll as an EPEAT Subscribing
Manufacturer rather than as a Reseller Partner.
