1. Download the EPEAT Reseller Agreement, print it out, get it signed by a senior executive with your company, add a note identifying your company's appropriate membership fee level, and fax or scan and email it to:

2. When we receive the signed Agreement we will return a copy countersigned by EPEAT to you with an invoice for the appropriate annual membership fee based on your company’s sales volume.
   
   
3. Upon receipt of your membership payment, we will email the identified contact person a Partner Reseller information packet and a username and password with which to access the Partner Reseller Resources page on epeat.net.
   
   
4. On the Partner Reseller Resources page you will find:
   • Contact information for providers of automated EPEAT product data update services, should you wish to take advantage of these providers’ free or low cost automated EPEAT data feed and logo services.
   • Information on how to independently automate a download of EPEAT product registry Update Reports and integrate the updated information into your systems
   • Electronic copies of the EPEAT certification marks to use to identify EPEAT registered products.
   • An EPEAT Partner Reseller "bug" to place on your own website and materials
   • Guidelines for using the EPEAT marks in your materials.
   
   
5. As soon as you have familiarized yourself with the program materials and determined your approach to providing and updating EPEAT information, schedule your EPEAT training webinar with Sarah O'Brien, EPEAT Communications and Outreach Director: sarah.obrien@greenelectronicscouncil.org.  Webinars are held regularly and custom scheduling may be available upon request.
   
   
6. When you have established the structure of your EPEAT identification and outreach program and scheduled your staff training webinar, please complete the brief Partner Reseller Program Initiation form (link) and return an electronic copy to the ISDF office.
   
   
7. When EPEAT staff have reviewed your program outline, we will place your name and link on the EPEAT Partner Reseller list, announce your membership and begin to promote you to our purchasing and other contacts as one of EPEAT's Partner Resellers.
   
   
8. Take advantage of the free EPEAT resources available to you through the Partner Reseller program – including background messaging that explains the EPEAT program - for use on your website or collateral materials, a press release template for announcing your participation in the program, a quarterly email update to keep you up to speed on program developments, and prior notification of EPEAT press outreach around program milestones.
