Large purchasers are making EPEAT a baseline specification and need information on products' registration status. In order to use the EPEAT registration marks to identify EPEAT-qualified products in your on-line and printed catalogs and other materials you must become an EPEAT Partner Reseller. There is no cost for this.

Become an EPEAT Partner Reseller

1. Download the EPEAT Reseller Agreement , print it out, get it signed by a senior with your company, and fax or scan and email it to:

2. When Katherine receives the signed agreement she will return a copy of the Agreement countersigned by EPEAT to you, and will email the identified contact person a username and password with which to access the Resellers Resources page of epeat.net.

3. On the Reseller’s Resources page you will find:
   • Electronic copies of the EPEAT certification marks for you to use to identify EPEAT registered products.
   • The guidelines for using the marks in your materials.
   • A facility to obtain EPEAT Update Reports -- an up-to-the-second current report of the EPEAT registration status of products in the registry. Because the PEEAT registry changes frequently as products are added, improved, and removed, you will need to use this to keep your identification of EPEAT registered products current, as required by the Reseller Agreement.
   • An instruction sheet for how to write a simple computer program to automate the process of obtaining these Update Reports.

4. Once you have identified the EPEAT registered products on your website please let Katherine know and your company will appear on the list of Participating Resellers.
