PC/Display standard update moving ahead

The refresh process for the IEEE 1680.1 standard that is the basis of EPEAT’s PC/Display registry is moving to its next phase.

Four study groups have completed their review of a number of issues, and research reports are in hand on cutting edge technology directions and environmental impact analyses.

This information and analysis  will be delivered to an IEEE 1680.1 Work Group shortly to support the stakeholder process to update (or “refresh”) the standard.
